DINNER (served from 9:00 PM)
Choice of Meat Menu or Fish Menu (the entire menu must follow the same option)

FISH MENU

  • Starter: Sea bass carpaccio “Catalana style” with hazelnuts and aromatic sauces

  • Main course: Grilled octopus with mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, and lime mayonnaise

MEAT MENU

  • Starter: Carne salada tartare with Trentingrana fondue and sautéed porcini mushrooms

  • Main course: Grilled Iberian pork ribs with caramelised onions, baked potatoes, and barbecue sauce

FINAL GAME
To end the evening, a prize game.

De viernes a sábado, el importe requerido es de 45 € por persona, correspondiente al consumo mínimo.
